We Will Follow The Lamb

We Will Follow The Lamb

ARTISTS

Written by the Miller and Parks Families

DESCRIPTION

These choruses first came forth during prayer meetings in downtown Minneapolis with the Miller family, Bruno family and Nance Cogshall, and then were further developed in Duluth, MN. The Lord used these choruses in both contexts to strengthen the believers as He called them to carry their cross daily through the help of the Holy Spirit. We will follow the Lamb in His suffering unto the same reward He received, resurrected glory.

“Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage.” (Psalms 84:5)

LYRICS

Verse

Moving toward what’s ahead

Forgetting what’s behind

Day by day walking in the high calling

Until we receive the prize

Moving toward what’s ahead

Forgetting what’s behind

Day by day taking up our cross

Until we receive the prize

Chorus

We will follow the Lamb through the valley of weeping

We will follow the Lamb to Zion
