This is a reading of Revelation 2:1-7 by Bill Scofield from the Blessed Hope Translation in context to music by ColorOfA.

“To the messenger[1] of the assembly in Ephesus write: ‘Thus says He who is holding the seven stars in His right hand securely, the One who is walking about in the midst of the seven gold lampstands: “‘I am well aware of your works, your toil and perseverance, and that you cannot bear evil men. Moreover, you tested the ones who are referring to themselves as ‘apostles’ but are not, and you discovered them frauds. You also have perseverance, and you have endured hardship for the sake of My name and have not grown weary.

Nevertheless, I have this against you: you have abandoned your initial love! Remember, therefore, the place from which you have fallen, repent, and do the initial works. Otherwise, if you do not repent, I will come to you and will remove your lampstand from its place. However, you do have this on your side: You hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the assemblies! To the victor I will grant the right to eat from the tree of life which is in the paradise of God!’
